Priority Service

Defined as service provided outside of normal business hours.
**In Shop Flat Rate Service per Day Per Device / Onsite Flat Rate per Day per Location – $50, discretion rests with Silvercube management whether service is available for any given after hours, weekend, or holiday appointments.
**Offered free of charge to our Priority Service Contract clients on an unlimited qualification. Discretion rests with Silvercube management whether service is available for any given after hours, weekend, or holiday appointments.
**Priority Service Contract Rate – $150/mo
Optional to increase monthly retainer in addition to Priority Service Contract, at client’s discretion.

Troubleshooting

Does not always guarantee a fix or final conclusion to what’s causing the problem. At times, Shop Services may be required.

Quick Fix

Does not imply a complete fix, though that is always the desired outcome. Provides the best solution in the timeframe provided to minimize downtime for the user. Shop services may be recommended in conjunction with a Quick Fix.

Preventative Maintenance

Tired of getting infections or reoccurring issues every so often?
There is no magic formula to become 100% protected from all types of disasters, but find out what a difference real Preventative Maintenance can do for your systems.
Because we feel so strongly that Preventative Maintenance will be a benefit to any business, we provide 10% off any labor charged for any other onsite service necessary for those clients who receive a Preventative Maintenance service just once in a given year. In addition the service is charged as a flat rate fee as opposed to hourly. The formula used to calculate the price for your business Preventative Maintenance service is designed to provide you with a 33% discount from what is calculated as the average time required for one technician to complete a Maintenance service for your office. This service is only provided for scheduled appointments during the purchasing business’ after hours, but does not include an additional Priority Service fee. Access to all systems must be made available for the duration of the planned Preventative Maintenance service.
**Proposal delivered only after Inventory Checklist project complete.
**Prices calculated using formula for Business Preventative Maintenance Service and additional considerations not to be left out.
**How often to perform the service is at the customer’s discretion.

Disaster Recovery

Backup & Restoration
i. Test current Backup & Restoration Process
**Restoration Test can only be performed after an Inventory Checklist project is completed.
**Onsite Hourly Labor Rate – $90/hr

**Priority Service Rates may apply if service required after hours or on weekends or holidays and the client isn’t already on a Priority Service Contract.
**An Estimate can be provided upon request.
The goal is to identify the positive features and limitations for the current backup configuration, and if it is wise to keep the status quo methods for backup.
ii. Propose and Implement Recommendations for new Backup & Restoration Plan that is to be documented and presented to the client in the form of both physical and digital media during both a Pre-Project and Post-Project meeting. See Data Recovery Plan.
iii. An additional tutoring meeting can be planned for the entire office personnel, if so desired, in order for everyone to understand what can be saved and what will get lost in the event of a crash. This is just another useful preventative measure in order to further minimize your chances of disasters that are within your control to prevent.
**Company Backup Tutoring sessions are presented only after Backup projects are completed.

iv. Annual Restoration Test – It is highly recommended to perform Backup Restoration Tests at least once per year or a more often routine. At the very least, complete tests for the mission critical systems if not all systems.
